Table Groups Interest Form

Our mission at Common Table is cultivating ministers of reconciliation around the table of Jesus Christ, and table groups are a core expression of that task.

A table group is a regular gathering of six-to-twelve people who practice the hospitality of Christ's open table. The table group season lasts from September to May. Throughout this time, the table group remains open to receive new people. At the end of their season in May, they take a break for summer before multiplying into two new table groups in the fall. In this way, they share the table manners of Christ with even more people who come seeking a place of welcome.

We hope you'll join us in the mission as we extend the table, break down the walls, and draw the circle wider. 

You may choose one or more.

We will do our best to assemble groups with similar childcare needs so participants may coordinate childcare together.

  • Co-leader: Receive training and additional resources to guide your group through the conversation with another trained leader
  • Host: Offer your space or coordinate an alternate location for your table group to meet
  • Participant: Take part in group conversation and bring food to share
